I have the same unit. Keep leaking water. Serviced it once and then it leaked again few months later! What a crappy product considering the premium paid for it!

This was literally shocking , water leaked out shorting the unit and the user. Various error codes given seemingly at random. On button ceased after a few weeks. A terrible product, avoid at all costs. Going back to a semi automatic, less to go wrong....

Krups Coffee Machines are reasonable assembled..ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is an excellent choice as a molding material for use in these machines..

I hope people review this BEFORE purchasing the machine. I expected a quality machine from a name like Krups but have been very dissappointed. There are obviously serious design floors with this model.

Very disspointing a machine for $850 (discounted from $1300) would only last 19 months, the jack assembly was faulty, the warranty only for one year. Have kissed the machine goodbye.

Guys Ive had mine about 5 months so i had a little more fun with it and didn't have an issue till last week when water decided to pour out of the bottom of the unit..I have the replacement warranty so they tell me that they are upgrading it to the EA...
