happy to see it work and love the zoom and tilt.

Image quality is not alway perfect. But I'm not certain its a problem of the device or the connectivity. Think the latter.

Easy to set up

HDMI plug collapsed inside the machine when plugging in.

Very Simple to use especially for elderly people. Setup is also easy.

Image quality at source is good but at end point is a bit dull even at internet speed of 4 MBPS. Cost is too high. Should have been in the range of 8000 to 10000.

Easy set up following simple on screen instructions. First Skype call was made just 10 min after opening the box.

I expected an Aussie power plug not the cumbersome stacking of adapters.

Easy to install and use

Not that good over wireless, everything beyond simple webcam calls has to be premium paid and there's no extra for being a good customer or for buying more than one.

easy + good image & sound

very hard to find a contact....when you have 600 contacts !! it should be made easier....like on that normal skype on a PC It is pity that we have to download to get a key board....it should be included already.
