Works fine, camera is so-so

What does the button on the top do?

It works fine in Windows 10 and the microphone is good enough for Cortana, though Windows warns you that it wasn't "Built for windows 10" so it may not work well

The camera quality is not great but for a low cost web cam it should be fine

The only good thing I can say is that the clasp that attaches to the top of my screen is very good
