Decent at best.

If you are looking for cheap and linux compaitble look here. If you are looking for something that is going to work nicely with Linux then look for a UVC camera for about 15 dollars more. You will be glad you did.

Works easily on Linux after installing the driver. Can not comment on any other OS. The quality is nothing to to get excited about at all. It takes a picture and you need a lot of light for it to work well

No built in microphone

Awesome Cam for chatting

Would definetly buy again for only $17.99. Also great FPS

Camera is awesome! I use for chatting on Windows Live Messenger with no problems

Video is a little grainy (but that is to be excepted at 640x480 resolution)

For what you pay for, it's decent

You get what you pay for. This is just for my kids and I to talk and that's it

Maybe I need to spend more money for a better picture?!

The microphone offers good sound

The picture is incredibly dark, even in good lighting conditions ; The software and setup are confusing

Logitech Webcam

Since installing this web cam on my computer it appears to live in a world of its own. It totally takes care of itself. I never have to turn it on or off and it maintains itself checking for updates regularly. It's just there all the time and springs
