Washer froze after a week of having it and could not be fixed. The washer is that technical I could not even work the washer. Would not recommend at all

I bought this few weeks ago, delivery drivers unpacked it In the van n left the bottom plate off, rang hoover and had new one sent out within 2 days. Takes a few goes getting used to, especially when you're used to putting your duvet covers on a boil...

Pirchase with care. Very technical to use. For the last several weeks my clothrs have been coming out with grey splodges all over them, running my clothes. I daren't wash whites in it any longer.. i didn't understand why at first after research it...

I love my washer the only fault with this is how long it sometimes takes to connect to your phone
