Powerful & lightwieght has good range of accessories for all types of sufaces.

The handle feels alittle bit flimsy could of been made stronger. The power cord is too short & could of been made with stronger material because if accidently run over it can slightly cut into the outer casing of the lead.

Clever design, great suction and easy to use. Really cleared up pet hair like no hoover I've previously had. Compact so lightweight and easy to store.

Initial assembly is quite different from most other upright hoovers and the instructions could be clearer.
