Works like its new. All the pieces that come with a TV were in the box as needed. Quality as is good as my 42" version of this model and still get 1080p @ 60Hz. Great deal

A couple of small complaints, when I turn on the TV I can slightly hear a fan buzzing. It's impossible to hear when anything is playing but while channel surfing it can be noticeable. Also side HDMI ports would have been preferable instead of back...
