When I first went shopping for a new TV my mind set was that I would buy a Sony. I knew Sony was famous for its high quality picture and figured if I was going to fork over a big chunk of cash for a new TV I would want something I would be happy...

I got my CW34X92 a few weeks ago. It worked perfectly right out of the box. I also have a Toshiba DST 3000 HD receiver box, which was easy to set up. The user manual is well written and easy to follow.

This HDTV-upgradable set is everything I hoped it would be...and that's quite a statement from a male gearhead in his 40s who's not happy unless he has the latest and greatest.
