The clarity of the picture is amazing. Even when watching fact action movies or sports, the picture does not appear to suffer from excessive noise. When watchung blu ray movies, the lines are clear and colour is vibrant and full of life - never flat....

I bought the 40 inch one an unfortunately Sony decided not to include LED backlighting to the 40 inch version of this series. I didn't want a larger screen size as it would have been too big for my TV room. The picture is still great though.
