i've spent alot of time debating which type of HD set was right for me. while i like all the bells and whistles that you get with various flat panels, they all suffer from the same fault ... that is to say that they are trying to recreate the kind of...

crisp clean images even with non-HD signals, easy to navigate menus, capable of recieving HD signals out of the box, built in guide compatible with most cable/satellite providers, looks sexy as hell, hdmi input which is great because this set doubles...

sound quality could be better, but you get what you pay for. tweak the settings (all 5 of them) to make things tolerable. if you're trying to watch concerts, music videos, other music related media forget it. adequate for most television programs and...

I've had this set for a while now and am very pleased. Plenty of settings/options, inputs and outputs. I use it with a SA8300HD DVR from CV. HD looks great. Only gripe is the audio, sounds kinda like it's passing thru a tin can, but you get used to it....
