Apparently if you ever want to RMA your TV you need to save the original box. I never knew this. The box this comes in is roughly equal in size to a double bed.

I suspect this model is really meant for the hotel/hospitality market because all it lacks any way to output sound besides its speakers, not even Audio Return Channel (ARC) on either HDMI. I bought an LG soundplate as part of this gift for my mother...

I had high hopes for the TV and bought it for its brand despite better deals on less known brands. I got a dead pixel in the center of the screen which is very noticeable in a dark scene.

There are lots of comparably priced sets are out there WITH audio outputs. Get one of those.
