So I am a working professional who travels a hell of a lot and gives a lot of presentations and Lives by Music. (Music is Breakfast_lunch_dinner). After a lot of contemplation and searching, reading reviews , I decided to jump in to buy a altec landing...

Way better than any other portable speaker. It has greater sound output with good bass and treble combination. The battery life too is of 7Hrs. I just love sound quality that Altec provideds.

Bass is zero and Treble is average. But worth for the price.

Poor packaging

Which number to call for tech/warranty support ?

Poor built quality and sound output. So many scratches on speaker. No bass. Cracking sound on full volume. Poor packaging. Jbl go faaaaaar better than altec.
