Got 3 of these refurbished 160GB SSD to replace aging laptop spinning hard drives, they all works!!! Here are the summary of their conditions: all writes at 150MBytes/sec, reads at 230MBytes/sec Two has 100% life with 1 day and 2 days powered on time...

Fits in a Shirt Pocket

It's the perfect Hard Drive for students who do projects and need to bring them to school. A lot of times a 2 to 4gb Flash drive is just too small.

It's ACTUALLY portable. The software that comes with it is very robust too. It's nice to have 160gb's of space and be able to slip in my shirt pocket and go. Inexpensive

A really short cord, but it's a small price to pay

Weak documentation

Price

Short cable. Bought a longer (6 ft) cable so I could leave it on the desk instead of the floor, but does not work. User manual does not state any limitation on length or specified what type of connector. Looked like a 5 pin mini b to me

This is for Dub from the last reply. Yes, you won't be able to use it for mac right off the box, because it is formatted differently. if you want to interchange between Mac and window, google a way to format the harddrive so that it's works for both...

Good drive, only Windows operable

Cool product, if I only wanted it for Windows it would have been awesome.

With my Windows computer, the transfer was FAST, was great to not have a power cord, and has a really good size and form factor

I was upset when I hooked it up to my iMac, but was not allowed to save docs…I wanted an HD I could use on both to port graphics and music/ movies back and forth between MacOS and Windows. I guess I should have done more research, but NewEgg had...
