I was skeptical due to some of the negative reviews on this. But no problems whatsoever. Plugged it into my W520 under keyboard, installed Windows 7. Adjusted paging file size to 1024 mb, and disabled hypernation feature, and it's fast

Everything. Windows install just finds it w/out upgrade of BIOS or firmware, fresh install of 7 64-bit. Boot times are under 10 sec, programs load ultra fast, definately compliments the fast hardware already in my laptop
