A great purchase. The heart rate monitor is very accurate and the reminders throughout my day to get moving is really handy. You can connect with your phone as well which is even better and track all of your excercise on a day to day basis. Love this!

Bought this for my husband who is a runner and wanted to train up from his 5kms to a 10km. He had a bit of difficulty adjusting the step length at first, but once he got that right, it has proved very useful in showing the distance run.
