This product is an outstanding value and it's very well made. I'm very satisfied with this product and throw it in my bag when on the road, it's a must.

I've had no problems except early on two documents were reverse mirrored, however, I found there is a simple pdf command for correction.

This replaces my cheap hand scanner that only saves scans as jpg images and having the ability to store the scanned page as a pdf file is well worth it for me. You do need to have a very flat area to scan on and practice makes perfect. Easy to do if...

All my images are coming out as "mirror images", that is they would have to be held in front of a mirror to read them. This is both in jpg and pdf mode. I am not sure what to do?

It was free with a monitor purchase. It's well made.

It's very hard to use at least by me. It is too sensitive it seems every scan I have tried did not do good at all. Pictures are blurred and documents are blurred and unreadable.
