The DR-2080C scanner I bought has a USB 2.0 interface in addition to the SCSI interface. It is fast, scanning several pages a minute, even in duplex mode. The scans are good, completely usable as electronic copies of paper documents.

I bought this scanner because I wanted a good, on the desktop scanner for my paperwork that I get at home. My goal is to eliminate 95% of my files, keeping only the hardcopies for items that are absolutely necessary (like my car's Pink Slip).
