The S-Series Walkman maxes out at 8GB and doesn't include memory expansion. The packaged earbuds, which are necessary for the noise-cancellation feature, may not be comfortable for all users. There's no voice recording option.

Thanks to excellent sound quality, integrated noise-canceling functionality, and several smart music sorting options, the Sony S-Series Walkman is a superb choice for music aficionados.

Sony S-Series Walkman Review

Sony recently announced the launch of their latest MP3 player, the Sony S-Series Walkman, we were lucky enough to get our hands on this new Walkman, and have had a chance to test it out to see how it performs.

The model we tested was the 8GB version, which will retail for $109.95, there is also a 16GB version which will retail for $129.95 when they go on sale in September, and it will be available in a choice of colors including black, pink, red and violet.

It lasted 6 years for me.

I loved the Sony NWZ-S738F Walkman and I am trying to get another one, though it's hard to find as it's been discontinued. I would gladly recommend this item to anyone who asks me.

The battery life is extremely long. I have gone about a week straight of listening to it, for at least 8 hours at a time, without charging it. It's very easy to navigate. The picture quality is amazing.

I don't think that I personally have had any problems with the Sony NWZ-S738F Walkman in the 6 years that I had it.
