my adult daughter seems to like the MP3 player but was concerned that there was music and other stuff already downloaded on it and wondered it it was a used unit that was put back in stock.

This was a gift for my teenage son. He really likes it.

I received it in good shape, wanted to charge the batteries and it would not come on. PERIOD I left it charging for a day and a half. Still would not come on I returned this product the next day. Maybe I just had the one bad apple.

This and 5 more were purchased as gifts. They do way more than described. These can be used as personal data assistants as well. Good set of built in apps make them useful as well as fun.
