Heavy to carry and needs a very sturdy ironing board to rest on. Expensive

ironing the creases out is amazing pointed iron head makes this easy too

Very easy to use.. Choose the right setting and off you go. The quality of product is really good . Not cheap plastic . Finish ironing in no time .

Having to buy distilled Water for it , this makes it rather expensive to run,& is not easy to buy in your local supermarket.

Excellent ironing, makes it much easier. Easy to use steam. The Easi-glide, makes it very smooth to use.

it takes a long time to heat up. If you leave it for any length of time, without using the dream, it switches off, and takes quite a long time to reheat.

not enough water storage capacity

Warms up quickly. Love the, sole plate, detachable water chamber and the retractible cord.

Oh dear, it seems to spew out water no matter how I set it so all my laundry has damp/wet patches. My ancient original Tefal purchased in 2002 was much better, sorry
