Works well. Lots of steam. Does not take the place of an iron but is great for items that are hard to iron or that you can't iron, like wool pants, silk shirt, wrinkled bed ruffle. Must hold it upright or it will drip.

I bought it primarily to provide steam for blocking and restoring the shape of my many baseball style caps. It provides abundant steam rapidly and the steam is easily directed and applied to the area of the item I am using it on.
