This is the second steam generator that I have owned and would never go back to a 'standard' iron again. Cuts ironing time dramatically.

The iron heats up very quickly and it's a real bonus being able to refill the tank at any time, although it is so large I don't have to do that very often. The iron itself is light and the handle is comfortable.

The steam pumping action does feel like slow response - I've had other steam generators where the steam is on/off immediately on pressing the button. It just takes some getting used to - like learning to use an electric hob after using gas!

Very smooth, light and easy to use. Great price.

Base is very bulky and heavy, must have right ironing board to accommodate size and weight. Not as much steam as I was hoping for.
