Cannot rate this product as I was sent the wrong item,however my intention was to purchase my second Polti Vaporella Easy Steam Generator Iron as my previous iron had been great.

I could never use normal again this cuts down on time

it takes to long to heat up and it makes all your clothes soaking wet if i could return it i would worst iron ive every used
