Needs about 10 minutes to heat up before use - I always switch it on and then gather up the ironing while waiting You can't see how full the water tank is -good idea to always fill it up before doing a large pile of ironing.

Very efficient iron. Did the job much quicker and the results were very impressive.

Cannot keep the tank topped up with water need to pen valve and wait until it really cools down before attempting to fill as it spits quite a lot.

Not easy to use. The face plate on the iron doesn't glide over the clothes. It is the dearest and the worst iron I have ever had. I only bought this because my original polti iron broke which was fantastic . This new version is rubbish
