Auto shut off, lightweight and iron/base lock facility for easy transfer.

Not hot enough and had a constant loud ticking noise when using steam. To be fair I think it was faulty and I exchanged it for another model.

It's light so doesn't put strain on my back and the simple locking mechanism makes transporting it so easy and safe.

Not as good with creases as my previous and much sturdier model but then for the price I understood that.
