As a new product it is functioning well. It is designed well.

Insufficient length of cords means you can't leave the unit on th efloor and iron on the iring table. Insufficient length of electrical cable means you have to have extension leads.

The good point is that it is very easy to use and once it gets going it is excellent and very quick

The iron's power cord gets very hot and you almost feel it is not safe. The cord frayed after only 4 weeks of use and we used some insulation tape to cover it - not great for a new iron. Sometimes water leaks and instead of steam you get water on your...
