Morphy Richards 42223 Elite

My prevous Morphy Richards steam generator seemed to give out more steam than this. This product only seems to blast steam when holding the button down

It does what is meant to do, it makes ironing easier

It's very big so not easy to store

Easy to refill without having to switch off. Safety cut off after non use for a period of time.

Iron doesnt click into holder so you have to pick the whole bulky unit up. The descaling is a pain, you have to fill, shake and empty several times and if the descale light doesnt go off it wont produce any steam so the process of screwing/unscrewing...

Is a lot more powerful than I thought but was a great value for money and this was cheaper than any other sites

large iron and when full of water heavy

water fill is easy

plate is a bit small

easy to use

Very Heavy even when there is no water in it.

Design good, internal workings appear improved over the model that it was replacing that we had used for 8 years.
