For movie watching at a moderate volume and listening to music, the LG HB965TXW performs well. It's not an expensive home theatre system, and so it can be forgiven for a few audio flaws that don't exist in more expensive home theatre systems.

I would avoid this system at all costs. The wireless rear speakers failed within 9 months of purchase. They were repaired under warranty and have failed again 10 months on. This system has not even managed to work for a year! It's rather pointless...
