Another reviewer commented they didn't have enough bass for him. Studio monitors are designed to give a nice even signal across the audio spectrum. The idea is accurate reproduction of the recording. If you want more bass don't go for monitor headphones.

decent set for the $$$, if more Bass, they would be great for the price.

I've had many types of headphones but I keep coming back to these as they are the most comfortable on my ears. I wish they would hold up a bit better.
