Plantronics HW251N SupraPlus Wideband Noise-canceling Monaural Headset

Works fine. I use it at work for conference calls. It's a little expensive, but I am able to hear better and everyone hears me when I speak fine. Took me a while to get used to it, but beats holding the telephone for calls 30 minutes or longer.
