Awesome Product - Get It While You Can!

Plantronics makes great headsets no doubt. But, they are either greedy as heck or their product line manager is an idiot. They discontinue some of the best products/features and either don't replace them, or in this instance, replace them with new...

I ordered one of these for our office to test it out and it worked out so well we now have them for everyone. It comes with 2 mounts; a headband that most of us use in-office use with our VOIP system and an over-the-ear mount for mobile use on the go....

Not really any to date other than the headband/over ear mounting point. While we have people changing them out daily and no problems so far, this could have been designed a little better for daily use. It looks like with repeated daily use it could...

Came with a broken base charger. Newegg customer service was horrible and not very responsive. still waiting on return shipping label (one that i had to pay for even though it was sent to me not working properly) and have been put on hold 3 times at...

Came with a broken base charger. plugged the unit into my computer to charge overnight. the headset does not always connect after every call. the headset has to be re connected quite frequently or the person on the other end can not hear your voice
