What happened? If this is the successor to C420 Plantronics really messed up. Build quality has gone down, now cheaper plastic is used and it shows, even the metal parts have been replaced with cheap plastic. I'm on my 2nd pair in only 2 months. The...

The headset works well but the leatherette ear cushions disintegrate and cannot be replaced. Why can't headsets be manufactured so the cushions can be replaced as they always wear out well before the electronics.
