Picked this up since it is tough to find a new behind-the-head usb headset and the price was nice and low, but I regret the decision. The fit and adjustability leaves a lot to be desired and the volume controls don't work (at least not with the OS)....

I had to bring this back the first day to get a refund because it would not fit over my head and cover my ears and in short of breaking it there is no way it would fit over my ears.

great headset

This is my second one; the vac cleaner ate my first one... This is a "behind the head" style headset, so be aware. I personally like 'em that way. Fits well. The sound quality is excellent and the microphone usage in Skype is quite good. Be warned this...

This is not my first Planetronics headset. My original finally, after about 8 yers gave out and I needed a replacement. This one has very good sound quality and I am pleased with it.

I like it but it is not great if you need the mic on the right ear...I use it for work at home, taking billing and tech calls all day. I do not put the left ear pad over my ear and due to bad hearing in it from old injury, I have to have it over the...

Wish I would have gotten them earlier. Great Sound from receive to transmit.

excellent Headset

The inline switching capability is a plus.

Doesn't have background noise but mic keeps disconnecting. Not sure if it's my USB or the headset, yet. May have to return it. Need a working one, since it's for work.
