Comfortable, feels well made

The wireless range / quality is next to useless, I get 8 ft away and start getting disconnects, leave the room and Ive had it. So you may well be tethered to the desk with a cable which defeats the point.

Good design and ergonomics

Constant hissing in both ears for which there was no fix, seemed to be very common problem as plenty of people complained online

On/Off button is difficult to identify and easy to over-push. Had to use iCue to turn off the 'sidetone' - unusable with initial setting

If auto shutdown feature is enabled, a voice can be heard now and then signalling that the headset is going to shut down even though you're using it for chat. I would have thought that it would only do that if it has been inactive for the pre-selected...
