A good entry priced headset. We have tried more expensive headsets in the past, but this model is better quality sound, comfort than more expensive models. We have bought several of these now and are very happy.

Slightly light/cheaper feel to the unit, however this is a very minor point.

Comfortable, easy to use.

Head piece could be more adjustable (shorter) to get a good fit. i only have a small head, and I am unable to adjust to a sufficiently snug fit.

Easy to use, like the fact that there's the option to wear it hung over the ear or as a traditional headset. Great sound quality, and fully adjustable to ensure it's comfy whoever is using it. Great value for money.
