Good shaver bad customer service

Nose and ear trimmer works ok but my cheap $4 one works better. At least the Norelco nose and ear trimmer can be cleaned under the faucet.

Cuts as good or better than my previous Norelco shavers. Well balanced and comfortable to use. Battery is still going after first charge about 3 weeks ago, used every day. Very convenient cleanup under the faucet. Came with nose and ear trimmer

Came with wrong User Manual. Couldn't find on Norelco site. Called customer service and they did not offer to send me one or find on line for me. Later, finally found on line myself. One of the problems is the part number is not the same as the...
