TomTom Go 720 UK and W. Europe

just driven to italy through france and germany and switzerland and the only time that the tomtom got it wrong was on the A1 in lincolnshire where the roundabouts are no longer roundabouts as there has been recent road changes not on this current...

Apart from the A1 going south from york through lincs where roundabouts are no more, cannot say there were any real bad points about this model of tomtom that i purchased.

big screen, clear voices, good directions at junctions, good voice recognition

after updating, won't play through car stereo without having music on - VERY annoying not good at finding by description rather than address or postcode

It offers everything that I want and is easy to use once you have worked it out.

will re-route but you have to go off route first, it would be better if you could imput a re-route because there is a traffic jam. say re-route for 10 mile?

It's easy to use. I didn't have to read a large manual. Easy to navigate around each screen

Looks good, good price

Badly out of date maps, and whole memory was wiped when update was attempted. Fortunately we were able to restore it, seems to be a common problem with these, but it still doesn't recognise certain addresses - for example, we could have gone to any zoo...
