Easy to use,gets me to my destination and very helpful on long journeys that are new to me.

I contacted Sony as I needed a map update for this model and cannot find one. I am yet to get a reply, a month later and still waiting. Need a map update and think they no longer do them and expect me to buy a new model.

Takes time to register the satellites, hard to get updates for this model now? I think Sony should reconsider upgrades for this model at a reduced cost.
