I like the idea of an efficient 30 min cycle.

1. I found it very difficult to select the 30 minute cycle, every time. It had to be reset, and 'held'. Why not a simple 'on' button for each choice of cycle? 2. The bottom tray/drawer tilts backwards alarmingly when stacking dinner plates

The 'WHICH' review of this appliance was correct,ie good value and performance and certainly very quiet !

Yes, on installation the drain pump was running continually,had to call out a Service Engineer who found that water level switch was not on it's bracket, must have come off during transit, so not a good start.

Gets things clean and dry in 30 mins

While loading the bottom drawer it rolls back into the machine, will not stay out and in place

The hour long wash with drying feature is great, we use this the most. Simple and functional.

Not particularly easy to load. Comes with individual utensil top where the holes are too small for most of my cutlery, fortunately this useless piece of junk can easily be removed. Cleaning cycles seem very long

drying is not good even with "extra dry" bottom tray runs back in if lightly loaded particularly if most of load is at the back
