WE called out the engineer after 5 months thinking that the product was no good to find out that the heater had not worked since day one due to an open circuit it is now working OK but yo should look at your testing Schedule

Unfortunately I had a Neff previously. This machine is not a patch on that. The internal racks are a very bad design. The door is very flimsy. Many things do not wash properly unless they are first rinsed.
