Good performance for the price. Quiet.

Compared to my previous AOpen barebone this Shuttle has lower quality construction. The CPU heatsink assembly to mainboard fixings are awkward.

Simple to build.

Returns are a pain if needed.

Easy to install, looks great and very compact, lots of USB ports.

No FireWire or reset button.

Quality, price and build of the product. Everything supplied and in the right place. Built machine from scratch in around an hour. 99.9% reliable. Almost quiet.

Speakers sometimes crackle (could be my speakers). Support not clear on installing PCI Express WiFi card.
