Tripple Core

Who ever said it only works with 95w cpus earlier should look into the 65w 905e Deneb cpu. Its a Phenom II x4. Im planning on doing my next one with the 905e soI'll let you all know how that worked out. Also nVidia's newer 240 video cards need no extra...

XPC form factor which means small footprint, put the pc back on top of your desk, size. Built plenty of XPCs over the years and I design them to be quiet and low power ; this one fits the bill just nicely. Using a 65w AMD x3 Heka cpu. Works great with...

Like someone said earlier no eSata but no worries they give you 3 connectors inside so you can convert one to an eSata with a cable kit. 4 eggs beacuse of eSata and no DDR3 support yet but really this is a near non-issue. Until higher performance DDR3s...

Worst Shuttle Ever

Lack of DDR3 support is kind of lame, but not a a deal breaker. Can't put more than 105W cpu in this box. Shouldn't be a problem anymore, but most of the Phenoms are 140w.

I love Shuttle. We have put together over 25 shuttle systems over the years. Was waiting for Shuttle to come out with a AM3 board

Can't overclock this poop. Unbelievable. We overclock everything

Easy build

Watch out for Newegg if you want your parts drop-shipped. It took two days to get credit card authorization issues worked out. I can understand trying to protect customers, but once it has been done and approved, don't make them go through the same...

Very easy to assemble this computer. Assembly chart with color photos takes the guesswork out of it. Comes with necessary accessories. Driver disk was perfect, not like some computers where you have to go online to get the right ones

Bought a SATA DVD writer to go into it, but it came with IDE ribbon cable & power. Had to buy a separate SATA cable with SATA power converter, which delayed completion by several days

Really nice

Bought this to build a new computer for my mum. Putting everything in it was easy (except attaching the heatsink to the CPU.) It's so quiet that I'm considering getting one for myself in the distant future, if it can run Linux well.

Small yet easy to work in. Very quiet. AMD quad-core processors work like a dream. Came with all necessary hardware

The heatsink is super annoying to attach... at one point, I heard a loud snap and thought I broke the CPU or motherboard. Luckily, both were fine ; No idea what to do with the metal 5.25" faceplate where the DVD burner goes ; Comes with only one SATA...

Nice but...

Overall its a great little system. I originally purchased it with a Phenom II X3 720 to perform as a file Server/CCTV DVR using Fedora 11 w/ZoneMinder. System runs slow at 1.6Ghz so at this point till Shuttle releases a new BIOS this box is just a...

Cost, Size, Onboard Video, Quietness, Excellent CPU Cooler Included!, Supports 64 Bit, Gigabit LAN, Toolless Case Shell, Nice internal layout

BIOS Bug prevents AMD Phenom II X3 720 from running at anything higher than 1.6Ghz (It is rated at 2.8Ghz.), Lack of built-in eSATA port, Lack of options in BIOS (should be able to change multipliers, FSB, etc.)

Shuttle needs to rework this one

This maybe a great system for someone running XP, Vista, 7, or Linux. My experience says if it can run XP, it can run Server 2003 or SBS. I have built Shuttle systems numbering ~50, have never had this problem except for the occasional flakey system. I...

Cost, specs, onboard video

Newegg won't RMA for refund, only replacement. Why anyone would want to replace this with another one of the same model, I don't know ; Purchased to run Small Business Server 2003 in 3 person office, RAID 1-1 TB drives, 5200+ X2 CPU. System did not...

Another excellent XPC from Shuttle.

I got the Shuttle SA76G2 XPC along with the Athlon II X2 245 Regor to replace a (really) aging Shuttle SK41G XPC with Athlon 2600+. The system was used for bittorent downloads/uploads, cd/DVD burning, some movie viewing and general web surfing under...

Small size, attractive design, all solid transistor MB, PCI-e and PCI expansion slots, very quiet. 6 USB ports, excellent built in ICE cooler and very reliable PSU

Not PCI-e 2.0, the materials on the front bezel seem cheaper than the old one, so-so integrated graphics, would have preferred a 300+ watt PSU, only 2 3.5" bays
