spent ages trying to figure out how to get the mouse and key board to work, - had to riing up, a tiny well concecaled catch in the mouse was all that needed sorting. Once we knew that, everything was excellent

Looks; easy to set up; easy to use

I bought this for my elderly parents, good job I was there to set it up. There were no instructions therefore if someone with no computer know how bought this they wouldn't even know how to switch it on!!

no bulky tower.and no excess wires.just plug in and go, i am 81yrs old , it is so easy.its so much better than my other computers i have had.

This product is very easy to use and set up, very good for watching anything that I've missed on television with the size of the screen,. Am extremely pleased with this product.

Great product - really pleased & would definately recommend
