Great specs, was running Empire total war on high specs pretty smooth

As everyone else has said, there are a lot of random reboots. They seem to happen mostly when I am playing a game, however there is no discernible pattern. I've been troubleshooting the issue very intensely for about a week and cannot seem to pin it down

The specs are nice on paper

The machine as came is pretty much useless. It reboots after every 10 mins or so. I haven't been able to install my programs yet - every time it would reboot in the middle of the install

Love the specs

The computer restarts every 15-20 minutes. Very disappointed! I'm a little aggravated that you have to go through hoops just to return the computer

Machine arrived and everything looked good at initial setup. Plenty of speed and everything installed and ready to go

The whole machine freezes regularly. Sometimes just a few minutes after bootup, sometimes hours later. When this happens, the only solution is to power off

Like I said it a beautiful machine and the specs seem great. It looks well made but again I haven't actually ever been able to use it for more than a short period of time. The customer service is tops in my book. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly

Like the previous review stated, it locks up. Alot. I never got mine to work at all. It just turns on then off. Whenever it feels like it, or it would lock up. I didn't get anywhere near installing a game so who knows what my results will be
