The case is unscathed, everything was in one piece on arrival. The setup and start up were very simple and easy to follow ; This PC is well worth the price

Although this is a referb unit everything looks to be in good shape. No scratches or dings. To me the speed is very good but I am going from an old Win XP gaming machine that finally died. Also first experience with Win 8. So far Im happy with it....
