Does NOT have XPe installed

It really would have been a great unit if it had an OS installed, or even flash installed so that an OS can be installed.

Seemed like a great price for the product compared to similar units from Wyse with less specs.

The product clearly states w/ Windows XPe Installed, but when the unit arrived, it had not flash drive and no OS installed at all. It appears there are two versions of this unit and the one described is not the one that NewEgg sent.
