Run the recovery back-up utility if you want copies any of the included software. Included disc has only the O/S and Gateway won't sell you a recovery disc "because its a refurb

Nothing, it never powered on

Bad Computer with a lot of problems, it never turned on. there is a problem with all these hard drives, hence the low price, save yourself the trouble get a better computer

AS everyone has attested to, and newegg promised, item arrived in three days. I will open the box and fire up the computer this weekend. I anticipate no problems
