eMachine ER1402 Desktop, Athlon II Neo K125 1.7GHz, 2GB RAM, 250GB HDD, NOOPT, NF 9200, Linpus 9.5 Linux

Bought one of these for my Mum to use after her HP died. Really impressed with the speed of it and its quietness. It seems to be much faster than the the EEE PC 901 I have (it has 2gb of ran and Win 7 Prem but feels slower than the eMachine).

Brilliant little system. Totally quiet and nice design.

Thought I give this a try as its only couple of hundred. But you actually get quite a lot. Windows 7 PC AND wireless keyboard and mouse! also a VESA bracket to mount to the back of the Screens.

AMD copes with eveyday applications. I added another 2GB ram to boost performance. Even handles multimedia content quite well. Currently connected to my 42inch TV with the HDMI port. Now only need a multimedia keyboard.

Bought this after I saw the massive saving. Great value for a PC. Sits behind my monitor so the only thing you see on the desk is the Screen. Perfect as I only have a small flat.

Does everything I need, just wish it had a CD drive.
