Came as described. Worked with no problems straight out of the box. Case is really solid and heavy.

Floppy drive was damaged. Door was broken and wedged disallowing insertion of disk. Floppy drives are a dime a dozen though.

Refurb'ed T3400 arrive quickly, pre-loaded with Win 7 Pro. Software loaded and verified without any problem. Made a duplicate of the hard drive, and tried to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro. Pre-install program for Win10 did not like the original Dell video...

not really a con, but the older video card was not supported by Win10 - that is definitely NOT the problem of the seller - the installed video worked just fine with Win 7 Pro as sold and shipped. Upgrading to Windows 10 was my idea and the extra cost...

Price would be hard to beat. Had Parallel Printer Port and 3.5" floppy drive that end-user needed. It did not come with a ton of bloat-ware installed. Plenty of USB ports. Can't think of anything we needed that this Puter needed.

Only one complaint. The port for video was a DMS-59. An adapter came with it to go from DMS to DVI. The monitor I had for this Puter rig needed either D-Sub-15 or HDMI. This is not really a CON as long as adapters are easily obtained, but the DMS to...

Had to replace the video card as the one installed was useless..Alsio the pigtail they enclosed to connect to the monitor was not compatible with the monitor connection
