The computer was reconditioned with 12 month warranty and i only paid What the cost of a copy of win 7,64 bit eddition would have been. So the computer was free. Which works like a swiss clock. Quit fast and reliable. I will be adding a 2gb ram module...

The case had a small mark on the top and the keyboard had a large scratch above the f1 to f8 keys. Which in no way diminishes the product. This is not a bad point but have to be honnest about the product and its condition.

Great little PC

See the bad points - the hard drive failing after less than 3 months makes any good points I could have mentioned seem irelevant. I will now find out if the warranty is worth the paper it's printed on.

Extremely easy set-up.

Minor design fault in that the CD/DVD drawer virtually covers the open/close button when the drawer is open, making closure slightly difficult.

Great computer, excellent price. Really easy to set up. Perfect for our family!

So far so good, the screen size is great, and it seems to be quite fast at the moment. Don't have any complaints at the moment.

the monitor is not multiple angle viewing so i cannot sit back and watch dvds or online tv (which it comes preloaded) properly. when flagged it to customer service they were very unhelpful and said all monitors have this problem. so stuck with it. will...
